Lance E. Armo graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 1986, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agri-Business. For several years Mr. Armo worked as a Real Estate Broker in the Fresno Community, specializing in Farm and Business sales. Organizing joint ventures and partnerships was his specialty, acquiring investment properties for his clients. Thereafter, Mr. Armo graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in 1995, with an emphasis in the areas of real estate and business law.

Mr. Armo’s law practice includes business and civil litigation, probate and wills, personal injury, business and joint venture formations along with an extensive concentration in real estate matters.

Our clients include many local employers, farmers, property management firms, real estate developers, commercial retail landlords, insurance companies and commodity packing and shipping organizations, just to name a few.
